Sourdough Flapjacks

Ingredients


1 Package Quick Rise Yeast
1 Cup Hot water (110degrees)
AP flour
2 Eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda.

Method

   Add yeast to water and stir. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff waffle batter. Let sit covered at room temperature overnight.

   The next morning add sugar, eggs, salt and soda and fry like regular pancakes.
