This is a good camp recipe, make them before hand and fry in camp. All the ingredients are to taste. If there is something you like add more, if you don't like it add less.
Ground Venison (browned)
minced garlic
diced onions
Bok Choy
Shredded carrots
green onions
oyster mushrooms (this really makes the recipe)
2 tsp Oyster sauce
Egg Roll Wrappers.
Mix all ingredients(except wrappers) well wrap in the egg roll wrappers and freeze for later use.
We discovered that it's best to start them frying while they are still slightly frozen. If you don't the wrapper dough will come get soggy and come apart.

Chinese cabbage, almost like lettuce but not quite. It's excellent sautéed by itself with a little sake and soy sauce. Substitute regular cabbage if you can't get it.- Oyster mushrooms? Specific type of mushroom?

It's an egg dough rolled flat and very thin. The wrappers are available here (US) as flat sheets of dough about 15cm square and perhaps 2-3 mm thick. Moist and pliable, and you could easily make them at home. We get them in the grcoery stores in the vegetable section, where they sell things like tofu and bean sprouts.
