Wild Goose

    If it's wild - it will be too dry unless barded or stuffed and basted.

    My favorite is stuffed with mashed potatoes mixed with sour cream, parmesan, wine and garlic

    Cooked rare.

    Comparing a tame goose to a wild goose is like comparing a potato to a watermellon. It just doesn't compare.
